A leading global advisory firm is seeking an accomplished Managing Director – Litigation Support to join its growing disputes and valuation practice. This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to a proven leader with a strong market reputation and an established client following.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of a high-performing litigation support platform, working alongside recognized experts in complex financial disputes, valuation, and forensic analysis. The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong brand equity, and the infrastructure needed to scale your practice further.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and lead high-value litigation support engagements, including expert witness work, damages analysis, and complex valuation matters
- Leverage and grow an existing client portfolio, with a strong emphasis on relationship development and cross-selling
- Provide strategic direction on engagements, ensuring technical excellence and defensible conclusions
- Mentor and develop junior professionals while contributing to the broader leadership of the practice
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in litigation support, disputes, or forensic advisory services
- An established book of business exceeding $2M annually (portable and recurring preferred)
- Strong network among law firms, corporates, and/or private equity clients
- Prior experience operating at Director or Managing Director level (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience serving as an expert witness or in a similar capacity
